Introduce yourself.

We start our work with an informal free call. After we meet and you decide to move forward with coaching, I send you some introductory paperwork and get your payments set up and schedule your first session.

Relax and put your feet up.

Each call is a chance to carve out space in your day for you. Let’s chat about where you want to go and what you want to feel more of in your life. Then, together we can determine how that can be accomplished.

We meet on your schedule.

Calls take place at your convenience - weekly, semi-weekly or monthly. We move at your pace.

When we decide that we are going to work together, you can expect:

  • 50-minute sessions (typically twice per month for 3, 6, or 9 months.) You show up ready to do the work and create the change you are hoping for. By scheduling regularly scheduled sessions, you are able to keep your intended outcomes in the forefront and make progress towards that end.

  • Creative, Knowledgeable, Intuitive support. Thru each session, I will meet you where you are, and we will move together towards your intentions. We will work with inquiry tools, self-reflection, and intuitive guidance as we partner and move towards who you want to be.

  • In-between session homework. As we creatively explore how you can live your best life through seeking truth, gaining perspective, and experiencing freedom, it will take practice and a bit of homework. In between sessions, you can expect homework that will allow time to practice these concepts and align with who you want to be.

Packages are created with a plan to best support your intentions.
