How We Move Forward Together
#1: Connect
Start with a free 30-minute discovery call to talk about where you are and what you’d like to explore. It’s a simple conversation to see if coaching feels like a good fit.
#2: Commit
If you decide to move forward, we’ll choose a schedule that supports your goals. Sessions are 50 minutes and usually happen twice per month. Most clients choose 3-, 6-, or 9-month packages for lasting change.
#3: Grow
Between sessions, you’ll get reflection prompts and simple practices to help you apply what you learn. Over time, you’ll notice greater clarity, confidence, and a sense of calm in your daily life.
Optional add-on: Single 90-minute “Clarity Sessions” are available if you’re seeking focused support for one specific challenge or transition. **Need a one-time session to just sort through an issue or create a plan? We can do that, too!
