How We Move Forward Together

#1: Connect

We start with a free 30-minute discovery call — a real conversation about where you are, what you're navigating, and what you're hoping to build. No pressure, no pitch. Just a chance to see if we're the right fit for each other.

#2: Commit

If we decide to move forward, we'll shape a coaching experience that fits your life and your goals — not a formula. Sessions are 50 minutes and typically twice a month, with most clients choosing 4, 6-, or 8 month engagements for meaningful change.

#3: Grow

Between sessions, you'll have reflection prompts and practices to help integrate what we explore together. Over time, you'll notice greater clarity, confidence, and the kind of calm that comes from living more intentionally.

Optional add-on: Single 90-minute “Clarity Sessions” are available if you’re seeking focused support for one specific challenge or transition. **Need a one-time session to just sort through an issue or create a plan? We can do that, too!
